Integrative Health Consultation - Joondalup

A comprehensive in-person consultation designed to understand your current health, individual goals and areas of concern.

During your consultation, your Central Wellness practitioner will review your relevant health history, current medications and supplements, lifestyle factors, health goals and any available pathology or diagnostic results.

Depending on your individual needs, the consultation may include discussion around preventative health and longevity, hormonal and metabolic health, energy and wellbeing, performance and recovery, and whether further diagnostic testing or practitioner review may be appropriate.

Before your appointment

Following your booking, you will receive a confidential pre-consultation questionnaire by email. Please complete and return this prior to your appointment. We also encourage you to provide any recent blood tests, pathology results or other relevant health information so your practitioner can review these where appropriate.

Booking & payment

Please select your preferred consult type before checking out. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

NB: - our Joondalup Clinic is located inside Pharmacy 777 Joondalup.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact Central Wellness as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

This consultation is intended to provide personalised health assessment and care planning. Any recommendations for prescription treatment are subject to clinical suitability and, where required, assessment and prescribing by an appropriately authorised healthcare practitioner.
